The rock heiress has been bombarded with offers from fashion museums for the 1960s gown by designer Yves Saint Laurent since snapping it up at a vintage boutique in Los Angeles in 2002. She recalls, “I found a 1960s Yves Saint Laurent dress and coat in a vintage clothes shop in Los Angeles about five years ago.
It turned out to be museum-worthy and is actually worth £25,000 and all these people keep trying to buy it from me. I love vintage clothing.”
